I consider myself both an intuitive and integrative bodywork practitioner that simply uses my hands to listen to the layers of your bodies needs. By blending a handful of modalities together my aim is to answer ~ helping return your nervous system back to center and relieve both pain and inflammation from areas of tension tightness or injury. I have been a licensed massaged therapist since 2016 and received my training from Sacred Roots Massage in Missoula, Montana where I studied both Eastern and Western approaches to bodywork (including reiki, herbalism and Chinese fire cupping). I am currently working towards my graduate degree in clinical counseling at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM focusing on somatic and eco-based therapies. I believe that our attitude towards life starts with the peace and safety we feel in our bodies. The more we can build our capacity and relationship to it, the more access we have to creating vital abundant lives. I look forward to working with you!
